Overview

Cinema-grade, not signage

The 7.5m LED Cinema Screen is built for moving pictures at civic scale. Most outdoor LED is signage — static text and ads. Ours runs a 3.9mm pixel pitch with 3-in-1 SMD LEDs, a 160°/140° viewing angle and a 3,840–7,680Hz refresh rate, so fast-moving film stays crisp and judder-free, daylight-readable to 7,000 nits, and the picture holds up on camera and live-stream. At typical civic-square viewing distances, 3.9mm renders a clean, cinematic image across the full 7.5m width.

A flagship, permanent turnkey installation

This is a venue, not a panel: commercial-grade LED, an engineered frame certified to AS standards, full install and electrical, media and control, fully integrated DSP audio with subwoofer, and cloud control through Cloud Cinema Pro — concept, design, structural engineering, electrical, install, content and support coordinated through one point of accountability. Built for civic squares, festivals, sporting grounds and signature public-realm installations.

Built to last — and to save

IP69K is the highest ingress-protection grade — well above the IP65 most outdoor LED carries — in a die-cast aluminium cabinet that shrugs off salt spray, with gold-wire bonded LEDs for long outdoor life, front and rear service access, and an energy-saving low-voltage drive that cuts running cost. Independently certified (CE, UL, FCC, UKCA and BS 476 fire rating), and the same hardware class is deployed at landmark venues worldwide, including Federation Square (Melbourne) and ICC Sydney. Engineering drawings and wind-rating certification are provided; planning permits are excluded. Dimensions are indicative and confirmed at a site visit.

The cinema-grade difference

A screen built for movies, not billboards

Four things separate a cinema-grade LED install from the signage panels most suppliers sell — and they're exactly where a movie lives or dies.

Fast motion, zero judder

A 3.9mm pixel pitch, 3-in-1 SMD LEDs and factory colour calibration mean fast-moving film stays sharp and smooth — no smearing, no scan lines, clean on camera and live-stream. Signage LED, built for static ads, can't hold a moving picture the same way.

  • 3.9mm pixel pitch (3-in-1 SMD)
  • Up to 7,000 nits, daylight-readable, auto day/night
  • 160°/140° viewing angle · 3,840–7,680Hz refresh

Commercial-grade panels that don't die early

Cheap LED fails — dead pixels, patchy brightness, colour drift within a season or two. Ours uses gold-wire bonded LEDs and a die-cast aluminium cabinet that shrugs off salt spray, with IP69K weatherproofing — the highest ingress grade, well above the IP65 most outdoor LED carries — and front and rear service access. The same hardware class runs at landmark venues worldwide.

  • IP69K weatherproofing (most LED is IP65)
  • Gold-wire bonded LEDs + die-cast aluminium — salt-spray resistant
  • CE · UL · FCC · UKCA · BS 476 fire-rated; landmark-venue hardware

Frequently asked questions

How much does the 7.5m LED screen cost?

Price is on application. A permanent civic-scale install is scoped per site — exact dimensions, mounting, structure, power, audio and civil works are confirmed at a site visit, then a fully scoped proposal with accurate pricing follows. Tell us about your site and we'll arrange one.

What are the exact dimensions?

Indicatively ≈7.5m × 4.5m (≈33.75m² display area, 1920 × 1152 at 3.9mm pitch). Final dimensions are confirmed at the site visit to suit position, viewing distances and structure — the same screen line is also offered in smaller 3m and 5m footprints.

Why 3.9mm pitch on the 7.5m screen?

Pixel pitch is matched to viewing distance. At the distances a 7.5m civic screen is watched from, 3.9mm delivers a clean, cinematic image while keeping the panel count and cost efficient — our smaller 3m and 5m screens use a finer 2.6mm pitch for closer viewing.
