CF-12 Weatherproof Outdoor Speaker (12")

The CF-12 is the all-rounder of our outdoor speaker range — a 12" two-way loudspeaker with the output to cover a mid-sized outdoor cinema audience and the weatherproof build to stay outside where it works. It suits fixed installations at resorts, holiday parks and venues as well as recurring event use.

Sound where you point it

A 2" throat compression driver on a 90°×70° horn gives the CF-12 controlled, even coverage: sound lands on the seating area and falls away quickly outside it. For outdoor cinema that matters twice — the back rows hear clear dialogue, and the properties behind them hear far less of it.

Built for outdoor duty

The cabinet is built from 18mm plywood with a weather-resistant finish and a full-face perforated steel grille, made for the realities of outdoor installation. Flying points and the trapezoidal profile make it straightforward to mount to posts, walls or truss, angled onto the audience.

Part of a matched system

The CF-12 is a passive speaker, so it's driven by a rack power amplifier — we supply matched amplifiers, cabling and mounting hardware and spec the complete signal chain for your site. A pair covers most outdoor cinema audiences up to a few hundred people; larger sites step up to the CF-15 or add fills.
